VACANCIES AT NEALES WASTE MANAGEMENT
DATA DESTRUCTION DRIVER/OPERATOR & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
You will be responsible for proactively promoting the companies data destruction and confidential shredding services and driving and operating our state of the art, brand new 17.5 Tonne mobile shredding vehicle. Visiting customer sites, you will ensure their confidential waste is destroyed and sensitively handled prior to destruction on the mobile shredding unit. You will act as an ambassador for Neales Waste Management, therefore your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial for this role.

- Good customer service skills – ‘nothing too much trouble’ approach
- The ability to prospect and secure new customers/ business
- Professional approach and security conscious
- The ability to develop a good rapport with customers in order to build long lasting working relationships & influence their orders to increase sales
- Good geographical knowledge of the North West region
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- The ideal candidate will be friendly, approachable, organised and have a keen eye for sales
- High personal presentation standards
- Physically fit as manual handling is required
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Any other task required by the Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Tasks
- Drive vehicle and operate shredding equipment
- Develop business through canvassing for new business whilst undertaking day to day tasks
- Liaising with customers to complete paperwork
- Maintain vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness
Qualifications
- LGV Category C Licence (Essential)
- Full Clean, accident free driving record

HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER
Neales Waste Management require an experienced class 2 driver to work from our Blackburn depot.
Experience in driving / operating skip loaders, Rollon Rolloff's, REL's and FEL's would be an advantage but not necessary.

RECYCLING OPERATIVES
Neales Waste Management are a fast growing, leading waste management provider. We are looking to recruit recycling operatives to work at various locations across East Lancashire.
The ideal candidate will preferably have:
- a background in the waste management industry
- an FLT licence (counterbalance)
- own transport would be an advantage but is not essential
We need an individual who:
- is self motivated, enthusiastic and has the ability to work on own initiative
- is a good team player
- can work effectively under pressure
To be successful the most important requisite is to have the right attitude as full training will be given.
