Carriage of Dangerous Goods / ADR Regulations Update!

Customers who have Hazardous Waste and W.E.E.E waste to dispose of are advised to take note of recent changes in legislation. Alongside the Hazardous Waste Regulations which govern the disposal of Hazardous Waste there have recently been updates to the Carriage of Dangerous Goods / ADR Regulations 2009. In much the same way that the Hazardous Waste Regulations must be adhered to by the waste producer, it is also your responsibility to ensure that your Hazardous Waste is correctly labelled and packaged for transportation.
